Lead time and delays

The shipping date is counted in business days from acceptance for production. For a delay on our side you get a discount or can cancel the order.

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Polish public holidays. You follow production in the portal. If the date is at risk, we tell you the reason and the new date.

What you get for a shipping delay

3-510% discount on the price or, before shipping, cancellation at no cost with a full refund
6 or morecancellation at no cost with a full refund or transfer of the order to another partner at no extra charge

We refund the discount automatically by the same payment method, with a credit note. A delay by the carrier is not a shipping delay.
