Why PA12 nylon
PA12 is tough, slightly flexible and resistant to oils and most chemicals: good for snap fits, hinges, enclosures, air ducts and grippers. The glass-filled grade is stiffer and holds its shape better under load.
Small batches instead of an injection mould
The partner nests many parts in one build, which lowers the price per part. In a series order you set the batches and delivery dates, and the batch price stays fixed until the series ends.
Ordering from the EU
Customers from anywhere in the EU order online: upload the file, get an instant price or one from the tender, pay in EUR. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number get an invoice without Polish VAT, private persons see gross prices.
Questions
SLS 3D printing: frequently asked questions
How accurate is SLS?
Typically about ±0.3 mm on parts up to 100 mm. Give critical dimensions in the notes or on a drawing.
Are SLS parts watertight?
Sintered nylon is slightly porous. If the part must hold liquid or pressure, say so in the notes: the partner will suggest impregnation.
