CNC parts to order from a STEP file
Upload a 3D model and choose material, quantity and surface finish. A simple part has a fixed price straight away, a complex one is quoted by 3-5 shops in a closed tender.
From prototype to batch
One piece for a machine, a batch of 50 parts for production or a few hundred: with larger quantities the setup is spread over more parts, so the unit price drops.

Customers from anywhere in the EU order online: upload the file, get an instant price or one from the tender, pay in EUR. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number get an invoice without Polish VAT, private persons see gross prices.

What if I only have a PDF drawing, no model?
A quote needs a STEP model or a DXF contour. If you only have a drawing, write to us and we will help you work out what to prepare.
Can the parts be painted or anodised?
Yes: anodising, zinc plating, black oxide, bead blasting and powder coating are ordered together with machining.

Custom metal parts from a STEP file
Custom metal parts start with a 3D model: upload the STEP file, choose material and quantity. Milled and turned parts, laser cut and bent sheet metal parts are made by vetted shops in Poland, and your contract and invoice are with HexoParts.
What we need from you
For a price we need the STEP file. The drawing as PDF defines what the model does not show: tolerances, fits, threads, surfaces and inspection points. Dimensions without tolerances are made to ISO 2768-m.
From one piece to batches
There is no minimum quantity. After the first part you reorder from the same file with the same material and the same inspection. More on low-volume CNC machining.
