Shipping and tracking

We ship by courier from our account with our label. The parcel is insured and you see its status in the portal.

  • The sender is always HexoParts. The parcel is insured up to the order value.
  • Parts travel to you directly from the partner or via inspection at HexoParts.
  • You see the shipment status in the portal under Where is the parcel.
  • Delivery within the European Union is included in the price unless the quote states otherwise. Couriers usually deliver in 1-2 days in Poland and 2-5 days in other EU countries.

The risk of loss of or damage to the parts passes to you upon delivery.
