We check every order before it ships, and your file is seen only by shops bound by confidentiality, under our number and without your details.
Quality control
Every order with an inspection report.
Before shipping, the shop measures the critical dimensions from the drawing and photographs the parts. A HexoParts engineer checks the report, and the label is created only after approval. Some orders, such as a new shop's first jobs and large amounts, are also measured by us.

Shops
Who makes the parts
A shop joins the network after passing full vetting. After that, every order rates it.
Vetting
VAT status check, video call with a tour of the workshop and machines, paid test order or ISO 9001, liability insurance.
Contract
Framework agreement with confidentiality and a contractual penalty for disclosing files.
Rating
On-time delivery (40%), upheld claims (40%) and communication (20%).
Matching
The order goes only to a shop with the machines and material for your part.
What the shop receives
Sees
- The part's model and drawing
- Material, quantity, tolerances and deadline
- Our order number, e.g. W-1003
Does not see
- Your company's name, address and contact
- Your original file name
- Author and company stored in the CAD file
Every file download is recorded in the access log.
Confidentiality
Your design is seen only by shops that quote or make it.
Your file is not sent to everyone. Only the shops matched to your part receive it, and only when they need it: to quote or to produce. Each has signed a confidentiality agreement and sees the order under our number, without your company details. The shop stays anonymous to you too: you talk through the platform.
