Draft for legal review

Prohibited items

Version 2026-10-v1Polish version (binding)

We do not accept requests and orders for parts whose manufacture or delivery would break the law, sanctions or safety rules. This list is part of the Terms.

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
This is a working draft. The content must be reviewed by a lawyer, and the fields highlighted in yellow must be completed before sales start.

1. What we do not make

  • Weapons, ammunition and their essential parts within the meaning of the Polish Weapons and Ammunition Act (e.g. bolts, chambers, barrels, frames, suppressors), as well as parts which, when assembled, form a weapon.
  • Military arms and equipment and their parts where a licence or permit is required (the Polish Act on conducting business in the manufacture of and trade in explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technology for military or police use).
  • Dual-use items listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2021/821 where their export or supply would require an authorisation.
  • Goods subject to EU and UN sanctions, including the prohibitions of Regulations (EU) No 833/2014 and 765/2006, and parts intended for entities on sanctions lists.
  • Components of devices used to commit crimes (e.g. card skimming overlays, tools for opening other people's locks and bypassing security).
  • Copies of parts protected by intellectual property rights (patent, industrial design, trademark) if you do not have the right holder's consent.

2. Requiring prior agreement

Parts for applications where the law requires a certified quality system or approval (aviation, implantable medical devices, nuclear energy, railways in terms of traffic safety) are made only after the requirements have been agreed with HexoParts in advance. Without such agreement we do not confirm compliance with industry requirements.

3. Countries we do not deliver to

We do not create accounts, accept orders or deliver parts to: Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria and Cuba. The list may change with sanctions.

4. How we check

With every request you make a declaration of the part's intended use. The system checks file names, notes and drawing content for keywords, flags from the geometry analysis, and the delivery and login country.
A flagged request goes to verification by an operator before any manufacturing partner sees it. The operator may ask for clarification, allow the request or reject it, stating the reason. If the order has already been paid, we refund the full amount.
If we suspect a breach of the law, we may suspend the account and notify the competent authorities.
