Remaking metal parts for maintenance
We remake parts for industrial machines, production lines and equipment in aluminium, steel, stainless steel and plastics. Automotive and agricultural parts from manufacturers' catalogues are not covered.

Remake spare parts instead of waiting
When the machine builder no longer supplies a part, or needs weeks to do it, the part can often be remade. Typical parts are shafts, bushings, gears, rollers, plates and brackets that have worn or broken.
From the old part to a file
To make the part we need a 3D model or a drawing. If the old part has no documentation, have a designer measure it and send us the file. Material and heat treatment should be on the drawing, especially for shafts and gears.
One supplier for maintenance
