From order to acceptance for productionWe check the order and confirm production with a manufacturing partner, then you pay. The agreement is concluded when the payment is booked.Lead time and delaysThe shipping date is counted in business days from acceptance for production. For a delay on our side you get a discount or can cancel the order.Changing an orderReport a new drawing revision, quantity, material or date with the Change order button. Agreements in messages do not change the order.Cancelling an orderUntil the payment is booked you can cancel at no cost, because you have not paid anything yet. After payment production starts, cancellation needs our consent and the refund may be reduced by costs incurred.Quality control before shippingThe partner measures critical dimensions and takes photos, and HexoParts approves the report. Some orders are also measured at our site.
