CNC milling of aluminium
Aluminium machines fast, which makes it the most economical material for many parts. AW-6082 is the standard, AW-7075 is much stronger, AW-5083 suits plates and humid environments.
Anodised aluminium parts
Clear and black anodising is ordered with the part: the shop arranges the coating and the lead time includes this step.

Shafts, bushings and rings in aluminium go to shops with CNC lathes, in the same process.

Aluminium CNC machining service
Aluminium is the cheapest metal to machine: it mills several times faster than stainless steel and tools last longer. That is why enclosures, plates, brackets and fixture parts are so often made in aluminium. EN AW-6082 is the standard for general parts, 7075 for highly loaded parts and 5083 for parts in contact with water.
