Changing an order

Report a new drawing revision, quantity, material or date with the Change order button. Agreements in messages do not change the order.

  1. 1On the order page, click Change order and describe the change. You can attach a new file.
  2. 2Production may be paused while we price the change.
  3. 3We state the surcharge and the additional lead time.
  4. 4You accept the change (with the surcharge), withdraw it or cancel the order on the cancellation terms.

Every change creates a new revision of the order item. Previous revisions stay in the history.
