From order to acceptance for production

We check the order and confirm production with a manufacturing partner, then you pay. The agreement is concluded when the payment is booked.

We check the completeness of the files, consistency of the model with the drawing, feasibility and prohibited items, and then confirm production with a verified manufacturing partner. The order is your offer, which binds for 3 business days.

  • A manufacturing partner confirms production: you receive the pro forma invoice and the payment link. Once the payment is booked you receive the email “Accepted for production” with the planned shipping date and the terms in the accepted version. The agreement is concluded at that moment, and the lead time runs from that day.
  • The analysis missed something or the part cannot be made at the stated price or lead time: we present a new quote or do not accept the order.
  • We do not accept the order or no partner confirms production within 3 business days: the order expires and you pay nothing.
  • A question to you after acceptance pauses the lead time until you answer.
