Quality control before shipping

The partner measures critical dimensions and takes photos, and HexoParts approves the report. Some orders are also measured at our site.

  • Before shipping, the partner measures the critical dimensions, takes at least 4 photos and records the material batch number.
  • We review the report within 4 working hours. Without approval the parcel gets no label.
  • For batches of 20 pieces or more, the partner first measures the first article and waits for our approval.
  • Some orders come to HexoParts before shipping to you: we measure them with our own gauges. The lead time in the quote allows for this.
  • Download the inspection report and photos in the portal.

You can order a 3.1 material certificate to EN 10204 with the request at extra cost. We keep batch data (partner, date, file version, material batch number) for at least 10 years.
