Can I return parts without giving a reason?

No. Parts are made to your specification, so there is no right of withdrawal. You can cancel before production or file a claim.

A part made to your file and parameters is a custom-made item. That is why there is no right to withdraw from a distance contract (Art. 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), also for private persons. You confirm this when ordering.

What you can do instead

Cancelling an orderUntil the payment is booked you can cancel at no cost, because you have not paid anything yet. After payment production starts, cancellation needs our consent and the refund may be reduced by costs incurred.How to file a claimFile the claim in the portal on the order page, with photos and measurement results.
