Suspension and termination of cooperation

We suspend a partner when liability insurance expires, when claims or delays recur, or after a breach of confidentiality or the no-bypass rule.

A suspended partner receives no invitations or jobs but completes jobs in progress, unless we decide otherwise.
Either party may terminate the framework agreement on the terms set out in it.
Confidentiality, file deletion and the no-bypass rule continue after the cooperation ends.
