No bypassing HexoParts

You do not contact buyers you met through HexoParts and do not sell to them directly for 24 months after the last job.

  • You do not contact buyers you met through HexoParts directly, do not give them your details and do not try to identify them.
  • During the cooperation and for 24 months after the last job, you do not sell parts to these buyers bypassing HexoParts, including through related entities.
  • Messages are automatically checked for contact details, and messages containing them are held.

A breach means a contractual penalty of 30% of the value of the bypassed orders, at least PLN 10,000. Every breach also lowers your rating.
