- Files, drawings and job data are business secrets of the buyers and HexoParts. You use them only for quoting and making the job and do not share them with third parties.
- Every file download is logged, and drawings may carry your watermark.
- You delete files from a lost tender within 7 days, and job files (including CNC programs with the buyer's geometry) within 90 days after the job ends.
- You process personal data from files (e.g. from a drawing title block) on behalf of HexoParts under a data processing agreement.
A breach of confidentiality means a contractual penalty of PLN 20,000 per breach, without excluding the right to supplementary damages.
