Reporting a risk of delay at least 2 business days before the date moves the penalty threshold from the 3rd to the 5th day of delay.

  1. 1On the job page, click Report a new shipping date.
  2. 2Give the reason and the new expected shipping date.
  3. 3We inform the buyer. Reporting at least 2 business days before the date moves penalties to the 5th day of delay.
