Specification, drawing and scope changesThe drawing is the contract. Dimensions without a tolerance are made to ISO 2768-m, and only a formal change request changes the scope.First article for batches of 20 pieces or moreFor batches of 20 pieces or more, you send a full measurement and photos of the first piece. You start the batch after HexoParts approves it.Quality inspection and shippingBefore shipping you upload photos, the inspection report and the material batch number. After HexoParts approval you get the label and dispatch note.Reporting a risk of delayReporting a risk of delay at least 2 business days before the date moves the penalty threshold from the 3rd to the 5th day of delay.
