- We encrypt files and personal data before storing them. Every file download is logged: who, when and from where.
- Partners receive files under the job number. We remove the file name and the author and organisation fields from the STEP header, and EXIF data and location from photos.
- On request, we manually mask a drawing title block with your company name.
- Partners who did not win a tender lose access to the files and delete their copies within 7 days. The partner making the job has access until 90 days after it ends.
- The MetronQ pricing engine receives only the file under a technical name, without your details.
- After the order ends or the request is closed, you can delete the files in the portal.
Partners are bound by a confidentiality agreement with a contractual penalty. Details in the Privacy policy.
