- 1On the quote or request page, click Order.
- 2Choose the buyer type and invoice details. After you enter a Polish tax ID, we fill in the details from the register; a company from another EU country enters its EU VAT number, which we check in VIES.
- 3Enter the delivery address and a phone number for the courier.
- 4Accept the terms and declare the intended use of the part.
- 5Choose the payment method you will use after the partner confirms. An order from the quote screen (without a confirmed email address) needs the 6-digit code from the email.
After placing the order you receive the email “We have received your order”. Within 3 business days at the latest a manufacturing partner confirms production and you receive an email with the pro forma invoice and the payment link. You then have 3 business days to pay. Once the payment is booked we confirm acceptance for production: the agreement is concluded at that moment, and the email contains the terms in the accepted version. If no partner confirms in time, the order expires at no cost. We record the document version, date and IP address of acceptance.
Team members may have an order limit set by the account owner. A larger order is placed by someone with a higher limit.
