HexoParts is a marketplace for CNC machining, sheet metal and 3D printing jobs. You conclude the sales agreement with HexoParts, pay HexoParts and receive the VAT invoice from us. A vetted manufacturing partner makes the part, and we are liable for it as for ourselves.
How a job works
- 1Upload a file (STEP, DXF, STL or 3MF) and choose the material, quantity and surface finish.
- 2A simple part gets a price straight away. A complex part goes to a closed tender among 3-5 partners, and you get the price within 24-48 hours.
- 3Order without paying. You pay in advance, before production: BLIK, Przelewy24, card or bank transfer.
- 4We pass the order to verified manufacturing partners. Once a partner confirms production (within 3 business days at the latest), we send the payment link. Once the payment is booked we confirm acceptance for production: the contract is concluded then and the lead time starts. You follow production progress in the portal.
- 5Before shipping, the partner measures the critical dimensions and takes photos, and we approve the quality check.
- 6The parcel travels by courier. After delivery you have 5 business days to check the parts.
The partner does not know your details and you do not know the partner's. The job runs under a HexoParts number and all communication goes through us.
