Confirming a job within 24 hours

The tender winner confirms the job within 24 hours of the buyer's order. Accepting a job means accepting the specification.

By accepting a job you accept the specification: the files in the stated version (with a checksum), material, quantity, date and the HexoParts technical standard for everything the drawing does not specify.

Not confirming or withdrawing lowers your partner rating, and the job moves to the next offer.

Specification, drawing and scope changesThe drawing is the contract. Dimensions without a tolerance are made to ISO 2768-m, and only a formal change request changes the scope.Partner rating and its effectsThe rating is punctuality (40%), upheld claims (40%) and response time and communication (20%). It affects tender selection and job allocation.
