Blanks, plates, washers and nested parts from steel, galvanised, stainless and aluminium sheet. You upload the part contour, choose the material, thickness and quantity, and a vetted manufacturing partner cuts the sheet by laser or waterjet.

CNC sheet cutting: laser or waterjet
- Laser
- Thin and medium sheet: S235 steel 2-20 mm, DC01 and galvanised 0.5-3 mm, stainless 0.5-12 mm, aluminium 0.8-8 mm. Fast and low cost, accurate contour.
- Waterjet
- Thick plate: steel 10-100 mm, stainless 10-50 mm, aluminium 10-80 mm, and plastics too. No heating of the edge.
Sheet metal cut to size: any shape, not just rectangles
Cutting sheet to size is not only rectangular blanks. Laser and waterjet cut any contour with holes, cut-outs and radii, so instead of cutting a sheet into rectangles and drilling by hand you get a finished part. A simple contour in common sheet gets a price right after you upload the file.
Sheet cutting and bending in one order
If the cut part needs bending, order it as sheet metal bending with the 3D model after bending. The partner cuts the blank, bends it and measures it before shipping. RAL powder coating and deburring are added in the same order.
What to prepare
- The contour at 1:1 scale, in millimetres (DXF file), without a frame, dimensions or notes.
- Material, thickness and quantity.
- One part per file, the partner takes care of nesting on the sheet.
- Mark fitted dimensions on a PDF drawing or plan further machining.
