How to join the partner network

Registration and access to jobs are free. After verification you get jobs matched to your machines, with no fees or commissions.

  1. 1Register your company in the partner portal: tax ID, contact person, machines, materials and tolerances.
  2. 2Choose how to verify your quality: a test job or an ISO 9001 certificate.
  3. 3Confirm your email address. You receive an email confirming your application.
  4. 4We schedule a video call: you show the shop floor, machines and measuring equipment.
  5. 5Upload your liability insurance policy (at least PLN 200,000) and sign the framework agreement with the confidentiality clause.
  6. 6After a positive verification you see the job board and receive tender invitations.

HexoParts charges partners no fees or commissions. We earn on the difference between the price for the buyer and your remuneration.
